<Regular Rate>
$1.20～/sqft based on 7 to 8 ft ceiling high, includes paint, 2 coats application, filling small scratches, cleaning, and travel expense.

$1.50/sqft – condominium with fully furnished
$1.20/sqft – a house with no furnished
The rate may change on how difficult to work at the site and the size of square footage.

Floor area is Approx. 1,500 sqft.

Approx. 1,100 sqft of flooring and 400 lft of baseboard.
The cost includes removing existing carpet and disposal, and doesn't include the cost of floor. Because it's a wide range of prices.

650 square footage and 8 ft high ceiling.
Approximately 1,500 square footage of walls and 650 square footage of the ceiling.
There wasn't furnished and no floor.

Two bedrooms, Living/Dining, Kitchen including baseboard. No bathroom and closet.

1,500 sqft. 2 stories and basement.
Painted one coat for Living room, Dining room, stairs due to the same color as the existing color, two coats application for Master bedroom, 3 other bedrooms, walking closet, and powder room.
Repaired 5 cracks on the wall. No baseboard
